Oregon Arthritis Coalition Sponsorship
Oregon Rheumatology Alliance helps sponsor the Oregon Arthritis Coalition's regional meetings. These meetings are open to all Oregonians interested in reducing the negative impact of arthritis in our state. Coalition members include; representatives from agencies such as the Oregon Medical Assistance program (OMAP) and Seniors and People with Disabilities (SPD), businesses such as pharmaceutical companies, health plans, and health care providers, and Arthritis Foundation PACE and Aquatic program instructors. The meeting will include discussion of statewide efforts to reduce the burden of arthritis in Oregon. Breakout groups will review new ideas that could make their community programs more engaging and attractive to people with arthritis.
